Privacy

The short version: we don't have user accounts, we don't set our own cookies, we don't run analytics, and we don't use advertising networks. You can browse this entire site without giving us anything.
What we don't do
No accounts or sign-in. No tracking pixels, no Google Analytics or any other analytics product, no advertising or retargeting networks, no social embeds. No cookies set by us. We don't sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone, because we don't collect any.
What we do collect
Ordinary web-server logs: your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. We use them to keep the site up, debug errors, and rate-limit abusive traffic. Your IP is also held briefly in memory to enforce those rate limits. We don't build profiles from any of it and we don't try to identify you.
Who else is involved
Two kinds of third party can see something about your visit:
Cloudflare sits in front of this site to
serve it quickly and absorb attacks. Your request passes through them, and
they may set their own security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to
tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for what they do
with it.
Retailers and affiliate networks, but only when you click an outbound listing link. Some of those links are affiliate links, which means the destination — such as eBay Partner Network — records the click so a purchase can be credited to us. That happens on their side, under their privacy policies, after you leave this site. Nothing is shared with them while you're just browsing here.
How long we keep things
Server logs rotate automatically and are kept only as long as they're useful for debugging and abuse prevention. Listing data we store is about golf clubs, not people.
Your rights
If you're in the UK, EU, or California you have rights to access or erase personal data held about you. In practice we hold nothing tied to your identity beyond short-lived server logs, but if you want to ask about that, email hello@usedgolfhub.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to hello@usedgolfhub.com.
